Every product you order from Jeva Design Lab is an individual item, manufactured by hand for you. That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them. This is why we want to make sure you’re 100% content with your order. And if you should not be completely happy for any reason, just make use of our

30-day return guarantee

Simply return your product within 30 days of receipt unworn with tags on. You can choose from the following options:

  • Exchange for a new product
  • Exchange for store credit to be redeemed towards your next order

Damaged items:The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, please get in touch with us within a week's time at info@jevalab.com and we will provide you the correct info to return your item.

Wrong size: If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
